We had an oil change done. We love the videos we get about the car while it is on the hoist. We don’t always choose the recommendations but we appreciate the heads up. The service crew are always professional and communication is good.

Simply one of the best dealerships I’ve ever worked with. From the sales department, including Diane and Vince. To the service like Monty, Tan and Kris. These cars may or may not reliable. But nothing rides like a Rover. And when the service is impeccable, it doesn’t really matter. The service visits here the sales visits are always a pleasure.

Owning a Range Rover or Land Rover can sometimes be tough. But the cars are amazing. But the service will define your experience. Land Rover Ridgefield service is the best in the Midwest. We have worked with them for over six years and multiple vehicles. The one thing I know is they never minimize your concerns and always try to maximize your outcomes. It’s worth owning a JLR product when you work with this dealership. Ton , Monte, Chris and the crew in service - amazing. Diane Vince Betsy in sales and finance - unbelievable.

I had a great experience working with Chris and the team for our last service appointment. Chris went above and beyond with communication, details of the services being performed, and worked with my third party warranty company to resolve a few additional issues with the USB device. He even double checked the job that was done, and offered to have me come back for an additional detail appointment for a few areas he thought weren’t up to the high standards of the dealership.

Was out of town with car issue and called last minute and they expedited service and I was on my way. Situation where out of town customer may have been taken advantage of at other places and they found small problem and fixed it quickly for very fair price. Very honest and helpful place.

I recently brought my Range Rover Sport in for maintenance at the Land Rover service department, and overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the service advisors were courteous and professional. I was promptly checked in, and they took the time to explain the scope of the scheduled service, I appreciated their transparency and the fact that I didn’t feel pressured into unnecessary add-ons. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with Wi-Fi, refreshments, and quiet seating—an added plus for anyone planning to work or relax while they wait.
Ton and his staff provide excellent service from start to finish. They are detailed in there evaluation, execution of repairs and completion of all service details.
