Had my first preventive maintenance service done on my 2025 Defender. I travel 220 miles to the dealership, so I asked that it be done within 90 minutes when scheduling. Chris, the service advisor was very friendly and knowledgeable. The initial service was done in about an hour, they found I needed 4 wheel alignment which took about 30 minutes. Customer service and service were both very good. They met my timeline even with the additional alignment. I would recommend Landrover Richfield for purchasing and servicing.

I freaking love this place!! I suggest all Range Rover drivers utilize their repair service! They have amazing customer service and actually get the job done! Unlike the one in Minneapolis! This is my go to from now on.

Great fast and friendly
I had left a couple of messages and it took a while for me to get my reservation for Service? but once I did, they were very prompt. They provided me a loaner car which was very nice and it appears they fix all the electrical problems I had with my vehicle. Cameron Johnson was very helpful! I still cannot get connected to the “Land Rover IControl” site. I need help with that. They just gave me a number to call and nobody answers??

Well, my awesome Asian American buddy at the service center knows me so well, it's like we're besties. He keeps me in the loop about all the drama with my car, which I super appreciate. He's also on top of booking those appointments for me, so I'm giving him major props and a solid 5 stars for that one. Guess it's time to give these guys a shoutout this time.
The service department has been over backwards to always make things perfect. Friendly, timely, and exactly as promised.
Cameron was great with overall service experience very knowledgeable and made sure that I was satisfied with my service there. He made sure he advocated for me through my warranty claim. If I should need to visit again I will seek him out personally.

I had a great experience at Land Rover Richfield. My vehicle had a coolant leak issue, which can be stressful, but the team handled it professionally from start to finish. Cameron, in particular, provided excellent customer service — he was knowledgeable, attentive, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

My Defender was towed on Monday morning and back in my drive Friday afternoon. The alternator was replaced and electrical system thoroughly checked. Good work and service.
We had an oil change done. We love the videos we get about the car while it is on the hoist. We don’t always choose the recommendations but we appreciate the heads up. The service crew are always professional and communication is good.
Client service from the Land Rover service Bay is excellent. From the tickler phone call and text reminding you of your appointment to the reception and expedited service when requested — all is appreciated.

Excellent service. The manager ride-along was a welcome change from other dealers and allowed me to explain the issue in real time. The service advisor was very helpful in coordinating the work and having a loaner car ready to go. The issue was resolved and the overall experience was excellent. One suggestion for improvement would be returning the car fully charged (I live out of town) and washed.

Simply one of the best dealerships I’ve ever worked with. From the sales department, including Diane and Vince. To the service like Monty, Tan and Kris. These cars may or may not reliable. But nothing rides like a Rover. And when the service is impeccable, it doesn’t really matter. The service visits here the sales visits are always a pleasure.
Very responsive and friendly staff. I had a loaner vehicle for three months and was never inconvenienced during that time. It’s easy to get frustrated with a dealership when the wait is that long, but in this case, the delay was due to a part on backorder, which was beyond their control. They were transparent and communicative throughout the entire process.
Both the repair and the loaner were covered under my vehicle’s warranty, which made a significant difference. I can’t imagine the hardship this would have caused if it had been out of warranty—something worth considering ... Read More

Service did a great job diagnosing the issues and taking care of them and also provided a wonderful loaner vehicle. I would definitely go back to Richfield Land Rover for service and or a new vehicle.

I am a Desert Storm Gulf War veteran. Thankfully the state of Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs is helping me out with this car repair using our one time in our life veterans relief Grant. The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs approved me for $4700 work to get things in order on my vehicle. After the 500 dollar inspection they found IBS battery management system had to be replaced because I replaced, it with a cheaper aftermarket on Amazon. Greg at the Richfield location got my vehicle in quickly for a trim/window (no one was quite sure what the actual issue was at the time) leak issue. They figured it out, and no more leak! Although I didn’t buy my vehicle at Land Rover Richfield, I’ll be bringing it to this service center for any future repairs and scheduled maintenance. Thanks again!
