2. If you have a car that supports Apple CarPlay, be sure that you’re also in one of the areas where Apple CarPlay tech works. The tech isn’t supported in every part of the country, but it should work fine near Edina. 
3. Start your car, and check to see if Siri is activated.

1. If Apple CarPlay is supported via a USB cable, plug your iPhone into the USB port of your car. It should have a “CarPlay” or a smartphone icon on it.
2. If your Land Rover has wireless Apple CarPlay capabilities, turn the radio to either Bluetooth® or wireless mode. Then, push and hold the voice-command button on your steering wheel. Go to Settings on your iPhone, then go to General, then go to CarPlay. Then, tap Available Cars, and choose your vehicle. 

Updating Apple CarPlay

To make sure you get the most out of the Apple CarPlay app, you’ll want to keep it updated when you’re able to. Updating Apple CarPlay is as simple as following these steps: 

1. Choose Settings. 
2. Then, choose General. 
3. Hit CarPlay. 
4. Choose your Land Rover model. 
5. While you’re here, you can add or delete anything you’d like. Delete an icon you don’t want, or drag an icon over another to switch those apps.
